It’s things like this that just kind of crush any sort of hope for DE.

I’m trying, trying, trying to remain hopeful. At least, if they’re not together by the end of this season, I hope they each get to find happiness in their own way. I can settle if they’re happy.

Honestly, I’m not usually into that kinda thing but it wasn’t vampire/vampire procreation so I’m interested to see what happens to Hayley and the baby. I’m interested to see what the writers do and where they go with that particular storyline. Will the witches use it as a ploy against Klaus? I’d like to see that. BUT that would require him being emotionally attached to either Hayley or the baby which, as far as we’ve seen, he’s totally not. 

Really, though, what I want this to be about, is changing Klaus. Every character needs development, and maybe I’m biased or blind, but I still see Klaus as the same man who waltzed into Mystic Falls in 2x17, Know Thy Enemy. I want him to grow, I want him to see through clear, focused eyes that being The Big Bad Monster will not win him love or adoration from anyone. I really hope Marcel shows him what it is to be a true leader, a true King because that is who Klaus should be. He needs to learn that people will not do you any favours if they fear you, and compelling them does not cover the fact that their loyalty is false. 

I find that Marcel is much more intimidating and mysterious playing the Good Guy role than Klaus ever was being the Big Bad.

Apparently, Julie already replied to a fan on twitter that it wasn’t Klaus/Caroline.

Honestly, until I see the episode I really don’t want to think of it being Damon and Elena again because I will not be able to handle the disappointment if it’s not. We always get cocked around with these teasers and spoilers only to be let down. Here’s just trying to be positive with what little we get. It’s nicer, I think, to be surprised during the episode than to build it up before hand.

They can’t beat him. He’s always going to be there, and he WILL get what he wants. He’s not an Original for nothing.

That is a good question, I hope they pick up on that because it would be really interesting to see how that would play out.

Won’t be Matt. Elena would not forgive that. April Young’s father will be killed, likely by Elena to save Damon. At least that’s a common speculation I’ve seen and agree with. April comes to town for her father’s funeral.

Wouldn’t it be fantastic if Damon dresses up for Halloween as his human self and he speaks like he used to and acts like he used to and oh my gosh perfection. I missed human Damon. We need to see more of that side of him!

He could be the encyclopaedia of weirdness on TVD. Oh man and he would’ve gotten on so well with Ric because history and he’d be the type of person to be sat on a chair swinging his legs back and forth like ‘ohhh originals, I’ve heard about them’ and then he’d go on to write a ten-page essay on the Original Family and he’d know everything about everyone and he’d be like a little Original fanboy and always so happy like a little bundle of sunshine which is ironic because he’s a vampire but UH he would be adorable and I am so bitter that they killed him off because I think I just fell a little more love with him.
